TRIO BRINGS BACK THE SOLO BAND
Risa Horowitz opened the year, in the heat of summer, with TRIO. People starved of art over the Christmas break flocked to the cool of the EAF. News was that Risa was "putting the band back together, Elwood"!

Melentie Pandilovski & Risa Horowitz enjoy a pre-show orange juice at WORLDSEND. To the right Sean O'Connell – taking a break from the 'new jewellery + objects' show fuse he curated for the Jam Factory – cosies up to lead violin, cellist, pianist &, in fact, the rhythm section-all in one artist.

2008 the year of the Rat! Mings Steam Boat and hungry diners await the gas canister and broth: from left Melentie Pandilovski, Ken Bolton, Andrew Best & Francesca da Rimini, & Stephanie Radok. Appropriately KB's hand suggests rhetoric; Stephanie, critic, with that chopping motion, clearly, is "setting limits". The artist, invisible, is taking the photographs for a doco on Adelaide art mores (morays? an eel?).
